Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Independent Contractor (Commission-Based)

Tahoe Realty and Property Services is seeking energetic, client-oriented, licensed Real Estate Agents to join our growing firm. Whether your background is in residential sales, commercial transactions, or leasing, our integrated property platform offers the backing, visibility, and synergy you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
o Represent buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
o Conduct property viewings, comparative market analyses (CMA), and client consultations.
o Draft and negotiate purchase offers, lease agreements, and transaction documentation.
o Collaborate with our property management division to leverage cross-referral opportunities and rental listings.

Qualifications:
o Active State Real Estate License in good standing.
o Proven track record or strong interest in real estate sales, leasing, or property services.
o Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills.
o High level of professional integrity, self-motivation, and reliability.

Preferred 3rd-Party Contractor Network

Target Partners: Licensed Plumbers, Electricians, and General Contractors

We manage a broad portfolio of residential and commercial properties and are actively expanding our list of vetted, preferred trade vendors. We offer consistent work orders, rapid vendor payment cycles, and long-term business collaboration. We are currently onboarding licensed specialists in:

Licensed Plumbers:
o Emergency leak repairs, pipe replacements, and drain clearing.
o Water heater maintenance, installation, and inspection.
o Fixture replacements (sinks, toilets, valves) for property turnovers.

Licensed Electricians:
o Electrical troubleshooting, safety inspections, and code updates.
o Panel upgrades, circuit breaker repairs, and rewiring.
o Interior/exterior lighting installation and outlet replacements.

General Contractors:
o Unit turnover preparation, drywall repair, and painting.
o Kitchen and bathroom renovations.
o Exterior, roofing, flooring, and general structural maintenance.
o Detailed scope-of-work estimations for capital improvement projects.

Contractor Requirements:
o Licensing: Active state/local trade contractor license.
o Insurance: Valid General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000+ coverage recommended) and Workers' Compensation (if applicable).
o Tax Docs: W-9 form on file.

o Service Standards: Prompt response time, transparent pricing, and quality workmanship guarantees.
